How long does shipping take for pre-order items?

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unopened packaging. Due to the limited nature of our drops, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or displayed.

Can I cancel my order?

You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, your order enters our processing system and cannot be canceled, especially for limited-run production items.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
