When will my order ship?

Many of our items are available for pre-order and have specific shipping windows listed on their product pages. Once an item is in stock and processed, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy?

Due to the limited edition nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team within 30 days for a replacement.

How are the figures packaged?

Each figure is protected by a custom-designed matte embossed outer sleeve and a high-quality plastic protector to ensure it arrives in mint condition for collectors.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund as long as the request is made before the shipping window begins. Once an item has entered the shipping process, we can no longer cancel the order.
